Heat-resistant cables and wires: Heat-resistant and chemical-resistant fluororesin wires.

For wiring in areas exposed to extreme temperatures or chemicals.

Fluororesin is an excellent insulating material with physical properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and high lubricity, in addition to various electrical characteristics. ■ ETFE (-100℃ to 150℃) ■ FEP (-253℃ to 200℃) ■ PFA (-195℃ to 260℃) ■ PTFE (-253℃ to 260℃) Please use it for the outlet lines of devices in harsh environments, such as around blast furnaces or where acidic substances and toner may adhere. Selection should be made from ETFE to PTFE mainly based on the required heat resistance temperature. - For temperatures below 180℃, more affordable silicone insulated wires are also available. - If ultra-high temperature resistance beyond fluororesin is required, nickel conductor silicone glass braided insulated wires are also available. 【Specifications】 ■ Rated voltage: 600V or less ■ RoHS compliant ■ Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (ETFE and FEP from 0.75SQ to 8SQ) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Fluororesin wire for machinery 'Tanaflon F'

Wires with high electrical characteristics, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties.

"Tanafluon F" is a fluoropolymer electric wire that uses fluorinated ethylene propylene resin (FEP) as an insulator. It has the smallest dielectric loss tangent among solid insulating materials, low dielectric constant, and the highest volume and surface resistivity, all of which remain stable over a wide frequency and temperature range, providing a high level of insulation resistance. The continuous use temperature is 200°C, and it does not crack or become brittle due to thermal aging. Additionally, it is strong even at extremely low temperatures, has excellent flexibility, and does not suffer from breakage, cracking, or abrasion, ensuring a long mechanical lifespan. 【Features】 ■ Flame retardant ■ Inert to corrosive chemicals, fuels, and lubricants ■ Outstanding performance in space environments ■ Low friction coefficient ■ Absolute resistance to outdoor weather conditions *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
